Look and feel
Either coupled with an animated character or standalone, our desktop agents can display news alerts in a variety of ways:
Minimised to the desktop, alerts can appear as small clickable popups, or the agent can show a scrolling news ticker or a complete summary of the current news stories.
Getting a message
When a message appears
A reminder pops up, and this can be clicked on to reveal the story, or ignored until later
Click on the popup and the story is shown, either in ticker form
Or as a summary box
Both the ticker and the summary box display the story headlines as web links, so that the full story can be reached with a single mouse click
Sending a message
We provide you with access to a web based control panel which makes managing content a cinch.
Targeting your customers
If required, customers can select which kinds of stories they want to receive from an options dialog box, and can also extend the usefulness of the DNA system by adding additional news feeds of their own. As the DNAs conform to the standard RSS specification, there are tens of thousands of feeds available on the web.
