So far as possible, Turtlez approach is to use industry standard technologies. We do not believe in security through obscurity, and we do not tie our clients into a system which cannot be extended with a rival product at a later date

We are confident in the efficiency of the systems we develop and we rely on the client's experience of those systems for repeat business.

Security

We recognise that security of corporate communications is a priority for many organisations. We offer a number of options whereby messages are secured both at the server and transmission level.

Support

At Turtlez our bread and butter is our reputation and we take our existing client relationships very seriously indeed. We offer full support at reasonable rates, and will offer that support for as long as our product is in use.

Integration

We will work hard to customise our systems to work within your network environment. As we use standard technologies this is generally a straightforward task, but we will make every effort to customise our systems so that they work to your standards.

Alternately, we are happy to offer reliable hosting facilities of our own.

Licensing

We take an extremely flexible approach to licensing our systems. Some clients prefer an outright purchase of an unlimited lifetime licence, others would rather work within more flexible renewing time-limited system. We offer a range of options incorporating these possibilities and many options between.
